Town & Country Cleaners ("we", "us") is a family-owned dry cleaning business serving Hopkins, Hunt, Rains and Wood Counties, Texas. This policy explains what information we collect through our website, our email list, and our social media accounts, and how we use it.

  • Email list: if you subscribe on our website, we collect your email address (and your name, if you give it) to send you news and offers.

  • Orders and contact: when you contact us or use our services, including pickup and delivery, we collect what you give us, such as your name, phone number, address and order details.

  • Website: our website host may collect basic technical data, such as browser type and pages visited, to keep the site working.

How we use it

We use your information to provide our services, answer questions, schedule pickups and deliveries, and send our email updates. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

Social

We use our own content tool to publish posts to our Facebook Page and Instagram account and to read summary statistics about those posts, such as reach, likes, comments and shares. This tool does not collect, store or share personal information about people who view or interact with our posts. Anything you post on Facebook or Instagram is governed by Meta's own privacy policy.

Unsubscribing

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time with the link in any email. To ask us to delete the information we hold about you, email us at keepitclean@towncountryclean.com or call 903.885.0091 and tell us what you'd like removed. We will confirm and delete it within 30 days, unless we must keep a record by law.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no website or service can be completely secure.
