Simply drop off your items at any of our convenient locations and tell our client care advisors that you would like your clothes cleaned and pressed.

For blue jeans and laundered shirts, this is where the starch happens…

All other items will either go through our state of the art Italian dry cleaning machine or our professional wet cleaning process where we use our professional expertise and chemicals to remove any stains and clean the item.

Within 24 hours, you will receive a text that your items are complete and ready for pickup.

What items should I NOT put in my wash dry fold order?Our wash/dry/fold orders are separated by color and then washed. The orders should be everyday laundry and should not include rugs or comforters. Also, do not include any fabrics that require special care or may have dye bleed.

How do you separate laundry for different members of my family?We do our best to organize items by family member when we are folding. Obviously, we don’t know all your family or clothes so we can’t be perfect, but we try to get it close.

How should I label my drop off bag?We offer personal bags with your name on them for you to drop off your laundry, but if you are ever in a hurry and need to drop something off you can fill a bag and just make sure to leave a piece of paper with your First Name, Last Name and Phone Number.

Do you offer stain removal services?We do not do any stain removal on Wash and Fold. Our detergents are very good at getting hard to remove stains out, but if the stain is particularly tough and needs attention, the item needs to go through our Clean and Press product.
